ProxyLink is hiring for an Administrative Coordinator/Bookkeeper for a well established client in Richmond Hill .
Compensation:
$65,000.00 - $80,000.00/Yearly

Responsibilities:
Office Coordination:
Streamline office operations by organizing tasks and activities efficiently.
Financial Management:
Proficient in Simply Accounting - Sage 50 Premium Accounting.
Perform bookkeeping duties, including managing accounts receivable and payable.
Oversee payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA).
Manage Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB) reporting.
Order Processing and Communication:
Enter orders and communicate with manufacturers to track delivery status and order confirmations.
Oversee the shipping and receiving process.
Handle customer invoicing and collections.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain and update records and databases with personnel, financial, and other pertinent information.
Generate reports promptly and assist with the preparation of presentations or proposals as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience in office administration, office assistance, or a similar role.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
Proficient in MS Office suite.
Personal Traits:
Self-driven and reliable.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational capabilities.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal supervision.
