Do you have receptionist, office clerk, or administrative experience, and shipping? Do you like talking to people and helping them? We have an exciting opportunity for you! Our client is looking for maternity leave coverage for 9 months. This role involves desk coverage, greeting customers, data entry, bookkeeping, and more.

Responsibilities:
Desk coverage
Greeting customers and people as they enter the facility
Data entry, filing, creating spreadsheets, and merging documents for mailing
Bookkeeping and receivables collection
Answering phone calls
Qualifications:
Experience as an office clerk or admin assistant
Proficiency in working with people and greeting customers
Experience with Microsoft Office programs and strong computer skills
