Overview:
ProxyLink is currently hiring Warehouse Associates for one of our esteemed clients specializing in maintenance, repair, and distribution. This position is for a 12-month contract with the possibility of extension.

Pay Rate:
$22 per hour

Location:
Burnaby, BC

Shift Schedule:
8:00 am to 4:30 pm (Monday to Friday)

Responsibilities:
Handle all incoming shipments
Verify purchased products and enter order receipts into the computer system
Perform quality assurance inspections when appropriate
Place received material into proper warehouse storage locations, segregating backorders as needed
Relocate and consolidate material, notifying management of new bin/table locations when appropriate
Pull, pack, weigh, and label materials for shipment, including assembling and holding orders
Prepare bills of lading and express receipts
Assist in loading trucks and prepare local delivery records
Inspect returned material before completing return authorization forms
Pull stock and return it to the correct location pending credit memo, sale, or return to supplier
Clean warehouse and trucking/parking area
Assemble and disassemble bins, racks, shelves, and tables as needed
Administer preventative maintenance programs for delivery vehicles and warehouse equipment
Record and process verbal/written customer complaints concerning product or service dissatisfaction
Maintain counter stock as needed
May assist with over-the-counter sales

Requirements:
Comfortable with being physically active and able to lift up to 50 lbs
Basic computer skills
Comfortable using hand tools
Clear criminal record check
