Overview:
ProxyLink is seeking a highly motivated and organized Bilingual Inside Sales Representative to join our client’s dynamic team in Mississauga. This role supports the client base and sales team, working out of the Mississauga branch near the 401 and Hurontario. If you are a bilingual (English and French) professional with a passion for customer service and experience in B2B/B2C environments, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Compensation:
Base salary: $50,000 - $60,000 annually, plus commissions (average $5,000 - $10,000 in the first 6 months)

Responsibilities:
Manage and advance sales to existing customers using a book of business
Support customers with warranty and replacement claims
Troubleshoot customer issues and provide solutions
Manage a portfolio of approximately 5000 shared clients
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer information

Qualifications:
Bilingual in English and French
Post-secondary education required
1-2 years of inside sales experience
Customer service experience is an asset
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and French
Highly motivated, organized, and excellent time management skills
Comfortable working in a blue-collar environment is an asset
