ProxyLink is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Manager to join our client's thriving team in the hospitality industry. This exciting role focuses on identifying, negotiating, and securing business from the SMERF market. As a Sales Manager, you will work independently while receiving guidance from the Director of Sales and the General Manager. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the company's growing success.

Compensation:
Competitive salary: $70,000 - $75,000 annually, plus commission structure

Responsibilities:
Lead daily activities, plan, organize, and develop strategies and goals
Oversee hotel performance in group and leisure segments
Capture new accounts and maintain existing ones
Coordinate activities to maintain and increase revenue and market share
Handle business travel RFPs and requests for individuals or groups
Align with company Sales & Marketing teams to maximize brand benefits and relationships

Qualifications:
High School Diploma (University degree in a related field preferred)
3-5 years of experience in a Hotel Sales leadership position
Ability to handle multiple tasks with strict deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
High proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook required, along with savvy online and social media skills
Specific background within the Hospitality Industry and proficiency with Opera PMS is a must
Ability to travel for workshops, trade shows, brand meetings, etc.
Willingness to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays
